Christian was probably the only attorney I've worked with who could have pulled this deal off. A very complex commercial purchase in Southampton that included a 6 year purchase option (due to Seller's pre-pay penalty) and two triple-net leases. I closed on the building last week 6/17 and it wouldn't have happened without Christian.
