Not only does Mr. Stern know the RE business, he and his staff actually return calls. I've worked with his firm for over 10 years. He's handled tenant issues, the purchase and sale of several apartment buildings and has always been there when we needed him - no matter what the question. I found out about him while reading the RSA monthly magazine and have attended several of his seminars given at the RSA offices in NYC. He always treats my staff with respect and they all enjoy working with his firm. We have found his billing to be fair and reasonable which is critical in these economic times. Nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.
