I never write reviews ...as you will see my google circles profile isn't even filled out yet but I just had to post a review here of my AMAZING experience with Lawyer Michael Schwartz... he was THAT great.I mean when do you get so excited about posting about a bankruptcy/foreclosure lawyer...I mean who wants to promote that somehow entering your world lol... The short story is that I inherited COMPLEX a situation due to family dementia and my Estate Attorney could only do so much. It was such a confusing mess he didn't even know who to refer me to. I got on google and chose Michael because he looked aggressive and sharp. I want a lawyer who is going to be well " bad ass" for me and he looked the part. His website is a little intimidating with people ready to "chat" and all his many awards but don't be put off by that be "impressed " as I was that he blows away everyone else in that department as well. I insisted on dealing only with him and he fit me in for a consultation 2 days later. Let's just say he was just what you need in these circumstances someone SHARP but compassionate. A lawyer who won't waste his or your time just to make a few $.Who has an easy going way having seen it all so you don't feel embarrassed laying out the situation. He will pick out the important details from your "tale" and lay out your options plain and simple. He has walked this path many, many times before so he has seen it all and knows all the methods of attack saving you time, $ and hassle...in the end you'll walk away with the exact " prescription " you need for your unique situation thinking..."That was easy...why didn't I come sooner." That is my only regret ...that I didn't find Michael sooner. And guess what that consultation that gave me a simple plan was FREE. He is so booked and so successful that he doesn't need not to nickel and dime you. He did more with his simple advice in 15 min giving me a simple option that my lawyers had not even thought of. And when I told them they said wow THAT"S A GREAT idea. Unbelievable! Don't hesitate and don't DELAY to go to him you will feel so much better knowing you are in THE BEST most COMPATANT hands.

Hi all from Z,Vargas. I would like to share the experience that I had with this lawyer along with his staff. Last year 2018 I was going through some struggle with my husband's associate and his company. In order to help increase and update the company, big machines were credited under my name. By the time the machines were delivered, my husband and his associate decided to split. So my husband got stuck with these machines under my name, of course and bills to pay. we called the companies to return the machines but they decline. To make it short, they send me to court, they sent me a letter saying that they were going to garnish my check. Before that happened, I visited this lawyer. He was promptly to see me. His staff were very attentive to get me to him. I could tell he was very experienced lawyer. Just by looking at the court papers, he was able to tell me that everything was going to be fine and that we were going to beat this case and not to worry about anyting. I got to tell you before I spoke to him I was choked up, I wanted to cry all the time, it was the first time that I went through bankruptcy and it was a shame to me that I was going through this. But this lawyer made it easier for me to go through it by using his words of kindness and letting me know that it was going to be okay and that this was his case now and nobody should call me. Wow amazing words. He gave a list of papers to gather, was very specific on what was going to happen. I was petrified the first day of the Court at the city. The judge who was there was very mean to everyone including myself. The judge requested for me to bring more papers, trust me I didn't want to go back to that place. Well let me tell you my lawyer this lawyer Michael H Schwartz, felt very bad on how this judge spoke to me. He called me after 7 p.m. to use his kind words to help me calm down because i came out of that place crying. This lawyer said to me that he will fix everything, this really meant a lot to me and show me how much he cares for his clients. From that time he said you never going to go back to that place. Said and done, whatever paper this judge wanted me to get, I give it to the lawyer and I didn't put a foot there again before the year the case was dismissed I'm debt-free thanks to this lawyer and to God first. I know God put him there to help me. He is very efficient very experienced in what he does. But most important he cares, you are not just a number you are a person with feelings and knows that what you're going through is not easy. A hard experience for anyone's resolve however, Michael Schwartz transformed such an experience into a manageable process for my wife and I. Our first consultation with Michael, demonstrated to us his experience, and knowledge, which transferred feelings of peace seamlessly. A door within a door appeared from our mystic nightmare, providing a way out. Karen and I finally had the assurance we had the right attorney and that we were doing the right thing.
