After going through two lawyers with my divorce and not getting custody over my kids. I was about to give up before I met Mr Dougherty and Kathy his “paralegal”. Not did he only give me hope he did a miracle for me. He made sure I got all my rights and custody over my kids. Kathy and Mr Dougherty were a great team to work with and always made me feel like family more than a client. He was my lawyer for two months representing me for child custody and partition of the house. In all the court appearances, Eugene seemed to appear without preparation and had difficulties remembering what happened in my case. When judge asked him a question, he normally couldn't answer or just said my client wanted it without giving any basis or reason, which made judge pretty angry, asking him why? And he couldn't answer. Many times, I had to plea him please say something for me in front of judge. He damaged my case, when I expressed my concerns to him during the process, he seemed to be defensive and had no clue. I fired him after two months.
