After being taken in a real estate scam, I was left with approximately 1.5 million dollars of debt, in which I would NEVER be able to pay with my firefighter's salary. My uncle referred me to Mr. Schwartz, and I am more than satisfies with the results. It was a great relief to walk into his office, which is truly a "Judgement Free" zone. The office staff are friendly and courteous. The BEST part of the process is the payment terms. I was allowed to make payments via paypal, with NO PRESSURE. I hope I NEVER go through this again...but if I DO, I will make sure I utilize the services provided by Mr. Schwartz again. I recommend him to ANYONE that has to go through this painful ordeal.

When you walk into Michael's office you can feel the difference, and you know you are in the right place. There are no files all over the place, your sensitive information is all digital so you can feel secure. Everyone in the office is 100% efficient and accountable and Michael follows through with every detail, and his promise, as advertised on his website, the best there is! I never give reviews but this deserves the 5 stars.

I had a call with Michael Schwartz today about bankruptcy for a family member who was going through a tough time. I am so glad we called Michael. He ended up recommending that we not file bankruptcy at all, turning down the business, because that was the right thing for us as potential clients and the right thing in general. He patiently answered all of our questions about the very unusual situation we faced, even after it was clear we wouldn't become paying clients.
