I wouldn't allow any other law firm to handle my automobile case. Gash Law is excellent at what they do. They know the ends and outs of automobile law and have the expertise to guide you to the most favorable outcome. They are extremely dedicated and serious about every case. The firm worked with me to help a family member mop up items of family law that a previous law firm had dropped the ball on. Gash & Associates assisted my husband with not 1 but 2 cases in which he was injured due to someone else's negligence. They always had his best interest at heart, and in both cases negotiated settlements he was comfortable with. A friend referred me to Mr. DiGiacinto and at first he was attentive and asked for a lot of information, which I provided. A couple of very simple matters. And then he disappeared. He reappeared about six weeks later and I hoped to engage, but then he disappeared again. A big waste of time with no result.

My experience was horrible, with this law firm, from start to ending i ever sorry i went there. And to get your check is a nightmare, all sort of excuses, and they did not fight hard for me the whole case was a mess from the doctor to lawyer it a big mess . Never again with them i prefer to settle. God forbid something happened again. It just waste of time that can not regain.

Gary took my case and I am so so happy with the result! Not only did I win I received a judgment well beyond what I could have hoped for. Gary took so much time to listen to me, and really tease out the aspects of my life before the accident that were adversely changed. He used that to really understand my situation and argue and fight for me.
