Anthony Cassese was referred to me by a really reputable person. Initially, when I spoke with him, he had gotten back to me in the first two days and he was really personable and nice. As time went on, I was hearing less and less from him. I totally understand that lawyers are really busy, however, I felt really neglected. In my mind, a lawyer will get back to you in maybe 1 to 3 business days, but this didn't happen. On one of several occasions, I emailed Anthony on May 6th and I didn't hear back until May 19th. After that, I wrote him on May 21st and hadn't heard from him again. Because of the housing market now, I knew that we had to move a little quicker to make sure that we could secure and close on our house. Unfortunately, my seller informed me that he had to show the house to other people so that he can sell quickly being that his lawyer could not contact Anthony and neither could I. Because of this, I emailed Anthony informing him that I can no longer use his services because of the lack of communication and immediately found an alternate lawyer. In the first day, the other lawyer contacted me and tried to do all he could to get the contract in order. Unfortunately, it was too late. The seller informed me that they accepted another offer on June 3rd. We just lost our house🥺. It was really disappointing. So although Anthony is super personable, he seems knowledgeable, and he's really nice, he has neglectful communication and that caused us to lose our house that we have been working on for the last couple of months. It's so so hurtful and sad. So for that, I had to rate him this way.

Easily accessible from the Main Thoughofares Main St and Martine Av. Not far from I-287 EXITS, and the Bronx River Parkway. Plenty of Pay parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles located in the Municipal parking lot in the rear if the office. Anthony runs a top shelf, 1st class office and both he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He has done quite a bit of work for our Family and is our 1st call when we require Legal Advice.
