Peter and his paralegal Abigail are fair competent and know what matters most when representing a seller in coop closing matters . Nice guy as well . Would not hesitate to obtain his services again if needed. Office is busy but will return any call or email promptly . Experienced in all aspects of a closing in NY buying or selling.
