Michelle doesn’t practice what she preaches. She doesn’t know how to represent boards, she discriminated against me, she lied to me and breached her fiduciary duty in an effort to secure a bigger pay day for herself. She is a second rate hack and be prepared if you hire her to file a grievance. It’s also Jackson Lewis provided no oversight. Totally avoid at all costs, too unprofessional to ever spend money on.

As the Sr. VP/HR, I worked with Michelle Phillips for over 10 years. She did all the non-harassment trainings for all levels of staff and for multiple office locations. She was engaging and staff all gave her her 2 hour mandatory sessions 5 star reviews. As a result we did not have harassment issues within our 200+ very diverse staff. She also provided excellent advice on related employment questions.
