So far what can I say everything with Srdjan was a big fiasco and enormous time wasting experience with him . Very unprofessional,lying for simple things ... I'm afraid with situation and road that we can take after this review but 5 month's waiting for two simple applications for my spouse this is crazy . I ask him at the beginning of our cooperation about his time management with us he said it's a simple applications we need 2 week's max . Today after 5 months I went online on USCIS site and saw that he didn't submit one of the applications . We communicate through emails, every email is not responded with an answer that we need . Always avoiding and lying about it. Simply he is not a lawyer for someone who wants simple honest professional relationships . So far very unpleasant and stressful experience . I am afraid that he is going to harm our application in a future and definitely gonna take some steps about future relationship with Srdjan . Again I'm disgusted by whole situation. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anybody due to a very unethical practice and incorrect fees that were charged! I will definitely start from the state bar and Attorney Disciplinary/Grievance Committee in order to protect me and other people against this practice.

I’m even beyond a words to describe how unsatisfied and dissappointed I’m with what Mr Milenkovic did or better say didn’t do for my case. My case required immediate attention and action on removal defense from a lawyer, but unfortunately due to that urgency I felt like he completely used that situation to rob my sister pfrom large sum of money for a job he didn’t even do properly! He requested money to be paid in front before it was even know what kind of action my case will need. Then when asked what comes with that cost he said it will cover only basic cost of moving my case to city where I live. Even coming from the same country and speaking the same language (Serbian), the communication was poor. It took him almost 2 weeks since he took my case to even have proper consultation with me. Later on when asked did he file motion to change venue, which he said it’s done, I found out calling a court in Puerto Rico by myself that nothing was in their sistem yet. He didn’t seem to care when he was confronted with my concerns that I don’t feel like he is doing enough for my case. After looking for another attorney, my current one ( retired immigration judge who served for over 30 years in Chicago) told me that motion filed by Serge was poorly made and called it sketchy, so that they would have to go over it again and file new motion w/ supporting documents otherwise that motion would not be approved and my case would be weak with a little chance to be granted for continuance. Not only that he did a poor job, i was literally in a hands of someone who is obviously careless about having and doing what’s best for his clients interest from both moral and ethic point of view! Stay aware from a scammers like this who will only take money from you!
