As it turns out, contacting their office was EASILY one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everyone from the attorneys, to the paralegals and assistants were absolutely first rate... Aside from being personable, professional, knowledgeable, and accessible, Michael is honest and forthcoming. Mr. Tilem was extremely helpful when it came to my ticket. Not only did he get me out of the ticket, but he also drove to the court which was 2 hours away. He is a terrific lawyer and a pleasure to work with. I’ve got his number saved for my next ticket!

I have found this firm online and read their clients’ 5 star reviews. When I called for a consultation I had a very unpleasant conversation with Robert. He sounded very arrogant and unprofessional. He did not even identify his name at first nor that he was an attorney. I had to ask if he was s lawyer. Through our entire “consultation” he sounded like I was bothering him. His tone was very condescending. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with his so called “customer service” that I took my business to another law firm with a better customer care.

I had a situation in which I felt I needed representation to not only expedite what could have been a lengthy process but also guarantee assurance. I called Peter after finding him in google for some legal advice on a pressing matter and after expressing my concerns knew I had to hire him immediately. Both him and Hailey worked tirelessly to make sure that as their client I was going to be ok and because of that I am entirely grateful.
