I had been waiting for over a year for my pistol permit to be approved by NYC. Within 1 month of hiring Peter Tilem, and his associates, my application went from “investigation” to “approved”. I selected Peter Tilem after a phone interview about my legal problem. I was hopeful. Prior to the court date they helped me get the correct information needed. On the court date something completely unrelated to my case was available, Peter recognized it and jumped on it. This resulted in a case possible taking months being resolved in two hours. 5 STAR firm. Peter's great.

It was Robert Schechcter who made all the difference between freedom and its absence in a recent case. It was his assertive argument that forced the recalcitrant prosecutor to cave in and stop reneging on an earlier agreement reached by her predecessor. Even the judge was new when it was the time for the final agreement before our case was set to go to trial. I am sure Peter Tilem has hired the right people for the right job. Highly recommended for cases where your freedom in society matters.
