I am a Florida resident, who in 2020, smack in the start of COVID and a crazy life for us as an entire nation, my wife and I had to travel from Florida to New York State to put my mother in law in a nursing facility. Over the four months we were in town, I was involved in an accident and I did receive tickets. With all the craziness of life that year, I left New York, neglecting to pay the tickets from NY State I received. Roughly a week ago, I found out I was on the NDR and in order for me to reinstate my Florida license, I had to get my name off of the NDR. We are just starting the battle now. I pray God is on my side. However I wanted to take the five minutes to thank Robert, in particular, for taking time out of his busy day to talk to a frantic guy from Florida. I truly hope all goes well however I can speak from my initial experience w Tilem and specifically, Robert, they are the right group of people you need and want to handle ANY DMV related issue, that I will attest to. (This occurred April 4, 2020at the height of COVID-19) I regret taking so long to do this, but Mr.Mike helped me when I got into a bad accident when someone ran a stop while on my motorcycle. The towing company wouldn’t let anyone see my bike until he showed up, and wasn’t there, got me every penny of what I thought it’d be worth. The staff was also very patient and friendly, and where very on point with giving me updates, and even sent a welcome basket after I got home from the hospital! He’s himself an understanding person, and was very easy to work with.

What a great experience consulting with Nicole Walker. Attorneys are famous for being cold.
