Hey, I caught a DUI, I hired Rich Portale, this guy as well as the firm is absolutely amazing! Before I met with Rich Portale and Kenny Calvey, I thought my son’s life was over. He was facing five different criminal cases throughout the States of New York and New Jersey along with multiple probation violations for his previous cases.  I had lost all hope and my son and I were nearly resigned to him spending the next few years in jail.  The prosecutors were not willing to offer anything less than jail and his previous attorneys told us nothing could be done to avoid jail as an outcome.  Rich and Kenny sat with us and discussed each case individually and also focused on the issues my son was going through.  It was the first time an attorney we had spoken to asked why my son was in constant trouble instead of only what he was charged with.  Rich and Kenny agreed to take on the case, but only if my son agreed to enter into treatment and follow their advice on how to improve his life and stay out of trouble in the future.  Incredibly, they uncovered issues with nearly every single one of the criminal cases, and after years of us being told there was no possible outcome in other than my son spending years in jail in his cases, all of the plea offers in his cases were reduced to just fines.  They even managed to convince the prosecutor to dismiss one of the cases entirely and for the probation department to withdraw the violation so he could finish the few months he had left.  I can honestly say that Rich and Kenny saved my son’s life, and thanks to them, my son has become a better man instead of another product of the system.  If you or a family member are facing a criminal case where you think all hope is lost, I urge you to call them, they will do everything they can to save you.  Thank you both as well as your terrific administrative staff for everything you do.
