I originally wrote a review in the spring of 2021 but somehow it disappeared. Reposting it... Point of Fact: She was investigated by the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE with the NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT for ETHICS VIOLATIONS. **IT IS MY OPINION THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANY ONE, EVER** In my opinion, she unethically assisted her client with not following through and completing an 'on the record' agreement in family court after the client had received their end of the agreement. In my opinion, her actions were planned, calculated and devilish. ***FAKE REVIEWS*** Looking through her other reviews there is at least one review that is FAKE! It's from the nephew of one of her clients. Unethical as unethical can be! I wonder how many more of these 'reviews' are fake. I took a screen shot if any one wants to fact check it.

May 2015: Absolutely best lawyer hands down. Jasmine not only got me sole, physical and legal custody of my daughter, but she was extremely professional and kept me up to date with everything. Would recommend her to anyone who is needing a lawyer. March 2022: Jasmine did and amazing job with my child support modification case. She was able to negotiate a higher rate than the state standard and reach a settlement agreement out of court preventing more expenses.

Attorney Hernandez is truly one of the best around. I never imagined I would be in the position of going to court for my daughter but she made it all feel easy and calmed me any time I needed it. She explained the law in ways that were easy to understand and always lets you know exactly how things MAY go. The first time we were in court together I was in complete awe of how she owned it. She was MADE for this job. I know mine was probably one of the less complicated cases but I knew just how lucky and blessed I was to have her fighting for me.

Words can’t describe how much Jasmine has done for our family. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we appreciate all the hard work she did to get my brother and mother visitations with my nephew. Jasmin is a wonderful person all around and we are beyond grateful. Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for Custody and/or divorce attorney.
