Shortly after the holidays this year I found myself faced with the very upsetting and devastating news that I was about to have to face a divorce after 10 years of wonderful marriage. I knew I needed to find a good attorney and hopefully someone I would feel comfortable with in such a horrible situation. I was referred to Jim Noletti from several people I knew and I had only heard nothing but good experiences. I can honestly say that after my initial meeting with Jim and his coworkers Eileen and Diane I knew I had made the right decision! My divorce was handled in a prompt and professional manner and everything went as smooth as possibly could. They were there to answer all my questions and were always making sure I understood the situation and took time to explain everything to me. They always made sure I was getting everything I was entitled to and protected me down to each detail of the divorce. Jim is a amazing lawyer to have in your corner and having Eileen and Diane two wonderful women to work with in his office was nothing but a pleasure. I would recommend Jim Noletti's office to anyone who is facing the unpleasant situation of a divorce like myself!

Mr. Nolletti has a complete grasp of the ins and outs of marital law. He worked 100%+ to help me, to explain the issues and to find the best outcome for my situation. I would have liked for the process to have moved along more quickly, but I recognize there are a lot of parties involved and...emotions... that can have an effect and you have to keep it all in perspective.

After years in White Plains court, trying to get a divorce I finally obtained Mr. Nolletti as my attorney. My ex literarily thought I should receive no money of our assets after 20 years of marriage. He appealed decision after decision made by the various Judges that I saw during my case. Mr. Nolletti had skills in negotiating and being firm and pleasant at the same time . I needed a great lawyer. I contacted several legal experts in their field, and kept coming up with Jim Nolletti..."he's the best". Jim was terrific. With years of experienced, he pretty much mapped out at the start, the range of issues and outcomes. He's current on the law and well-regarded by the judges and legal community. In court, Jim has tremendous presence and the credibility to drive the best outcome. Jim was always available for me. He collected alot of facts and listened well, but make no mistake, he's the boss in this process. I found that in spite of my preferences, it was best to trust his judgement and rely on him. He has a good sense of when to fight on and when to cut your losses. As a result, I ended up far better than my starting point. On day to day matters, I worked with Alexandra Maxwell. She is very smart, steady and always has Jim's ear. I can't say enough about how well Lexi prepped and knew the case issues. She killed it on the financial and custody side as my advocate. They are a great team, and highly recommended.

When I came to Jim's firm, my custody case regarding my son was in terrible shape. I had been in litigation for many years already, and I knew that a successful outcome would be a continued, difficult uphill battle. I wasn't sure who, if anyone, would take that on - much less be successful. I did not know where to go, or who could help - especially since I had worked with two law firms already. I found Jim on the Internet and was encouraged by the reviews I read. I called him, left a voicemail and he returned the call within hours. That was about three years ago. He has worked tirelessly, with his legal team, to turn my son's situation around. It is a complex, high conflict situation, and he has handled it with care, energy, determination and strength. I cannot express my gratitude other than to say, he has saved both me and my son in many ways. He continues to represent me in this very difficult situation. I'm not sure I'd trust anyone else - as I said, my trust in him is complete. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is smart, works until every detail is covered, connected, clever and passionate. He's also very honest - you can trust what he tells you. He's both tough as nails and compassionate and empathetic. In terms of other reviews that have commented his fees were unfair, my response is - you get what you pay for. You may find a cheaper attorney, but you'll spend the rest of your life undoing the harm they do if they don't do a good job and much, much more money in the end. My advice based on my experience is - hire the best lawyer you can possibly afford. I would recommend Jim Nolletti without hesitation.
