Mr. Hoffman assisted me in planning for my future and for my grandkids. He was respectful of my specific needs and even came by the house to do the signing.

Mr. Hoffman thoroughly and completely mismanaged my family's efforts to get my mentally ill mother into a safe situation. He demonstrated a remarkable lack of strategic insight and a bizarre inability to effectively communicate/advocate on our behalf.
