I'm still pending a case. I never hear from them never get mail I was never given leads to see a phycologist that I need to help my case. I've been through three attorney's in two years with no communication on their part. Totally unsatisfactory

Wait, did the owner of this business give himself a 5-Star Review? Is that even possible? That seems shady in itself, especially when there are no clients giving this business 5-Star Reviews.

To Micah Overby unfortunately I can not give information regarding your case to the public but I do have to defend our reputation and that your actions led to the outcome of your case. You should be ashamed to post lies that could ruin the reputation of the attorneys that helped you diligently through your matter.

I recently settled a case with the law offices of Michael Joseph and it's been hell. It took him three years to settle a simple accident case. When I signed the settlement papers it was more so just to be done with the whole thing. When the check did not come in a months time I began to call the office. They began to give me multiple excuses as to why they have not received my check yet and started to not return my calls. I called maybe three times in three weeks and on the last day when returning a call Michael Joseph picked up. He was extremely rude! He began to say I need to stop calling (even though I only called three times, maybe talked to him once). Then he continued by saying I don't know anything and stop talking. Really a bunch of disrespectful things no lawyer should say to their client. The settlement check took so long because of the paperwork he used. Michael Joseph made it seem like it was my fault or I was wrong for checking on the status after more then a months time. To be honest the rest of the staff is extremely nice but that lawyer has to learn the definition of rude and disrespectful. Will more then likely never use this law office again.

I have been a client with this office for over 10 years and have been satisfied with every outcome. The hardwork they put in is over the top.

They lost my case because the lawyer they gave me didn't understand the law!
