Cons
1
Isolated incident of poor service and lack of client-centered approach
“STAY FAR AWAY! All Eric does is try to settle the case and move on to the next one, does not have your best interests at heart! Not to mention it takes weeks just to get in contact with him or anyone at the office. Horrible experience and completely screwed on my lease battle. also made promises that he did not deliver on just to get me to settle against my own wishes!”
2
Concerns about responsiveness and communication from the law firm
“Rude & unprofessional. The guy who answered the phone told me the lawyer handling those cases wasn't in today. I assumed he would ask me to call back or take my information. Instead he briskly said they couldn't help us and hung up before I could even respond. It's has nothing to do with not taking the case- it's not what you say, it's how you say it. Bad business practice.”
