Pete and Rob are the best along with all of their colleagues, we came to them off a recommendation when we thought all hope was lost in our case and they fought a good fight until the very end and never gave up an inch. These guys proved just how flawed the justice system is and showed our judge exactly that we were innocent. I called Tilem and Associates near the close of business hours, after quickly scanning Google reviews in a panic over a Traffic Court hearing I had the following day. I was facing a 3 point, pavement marking violation. A minor Vtl Code infraction many drivers would just accept, but in my particular case, I will be moving soon and transferring my license to a new Country/Province and did not want to have any potential demerit points against my driving record jeopardize my new license and new insurance rates. Melanie, who initially took my call, was very calm and professional and explained that despite such short notice, they had Attorneys in my particular Court that day and could/would indeed take my case, for what I also felt was quite a reasonable fee. After taking my retainer payment (which I was so relieved to able to make by phone) and sending over the neccessary client forms, I was contacted the very following morning by Mr. Robert Schechter, Esq. regarding my case and documentation. After my case had been heard, Mr. Schechter took the time to call me and tell me of the favorable outcome and had already emailed the necessary instructions as to proceed with the municipality. The case resolved today with the best results. I immediately write a review without hesitation. Robert is punctual and always returns my email quickly. The case was rare and few attorney familiar with it. To be honest, at the beginning Robert was not 100% knowing everything in this field. Definitely recommend Attorney Mike for anyone who needs an attorney, for any traffic violation . I was facing 4 points ( speeding ticket ) reached out for Attorney Mike and I had a counsltation with him over the phone which is was FREE .. efforts my 4 point tickets came down to Zero point with an absolute minimum fine .. defiantly will contact him again and will recommend him to all my friends and family

After my husband was convicted for an illegal gun in his vehicle, (which initially was considered a violent felony) Peter got his conviction down to a non-violent felony AND got his gun rights restored!! Not one person (especially Pennsylvania lawyers) had ever heard of this happening and no one believed that a convicted felon could ever get his gun rights back. Well Peter did.
