I am very pleased with my experience dealing with attorney Michael Greenspan. He is very responsible and very professional person. He did incredible job cleaning my driving license from 6 points. I admired his high professional level and individual approach to win a case.

I received a speeding ticket and hired Michael Greenspan to represent me. Not only was the processes very easy but Mike handled everything with minimal involvement from me. He stayed on top of the delays of over 9 months so I didn’t have to worry about anything. And on top of that, Mike was able to negotiate on my behalf and keep my driving record clean! By that standard, I can give Peter Tilem my highest recommendation and will be forever grateful for what he has done for me. Briefly, this is my story: I am a 69 year old grandmother and retired RN with a conceal-carry permit in NC; I recently traveled to NYC, but knew not to take my weapon as guns are prohibited there. However, when leaving the city through Laguardia airport, the TSA found a single round mixed in the loose change of my wallet. (It had been there for years, long ago forgotten, and I had traveled without incident until that moment) Much to my surprise, I was detained by the Port Authority and charged with "unlawful possession of ammunition" (yes, for a single bullet in my change-purse) and given a summons to appear in Queens Criminal Court. I then learned that the violation 10-131 (i-3) written on my summons carries a fine of up to $2000 and one year in jail. Clearly, there was no intent on my part to cause any harm or break any laws. I didn't think this could happen in America. I was aghast & didn't know how to proceed. I contacted several attorneys, but no one seemed "to get it." Then I found Peter Tilem, who identified my plight immediately and explained what he could do on my behalf.Then and throughout the process, he patiently answered all my questions and never rushed me into any decisions. Step by step, he explained how the court system would work in my particular case and kept me updated on all the results. Peter and staff were readily available, often responding to emails within just minutes, to my amazement.
