I could not say enough kind things about this man . I owned a small hobby farm in upstate NY . I was charged with doing something illegal against the animal welfare act and it was brought down to NYC. I originally hired a firm that told me my case was a win win no problem as they were just collecting money. After a one count conviction in a five day Trial in NYC. I fired the lawyers and hired Richard who was highly recommended by my civil lawyer to handle Post conviction and the sentencing and appeal. It was the best decision I made. I hired Richard for a white collar criminal matter that was resolved to my satisfaction after 39 months. The case was high profile in nature which included substantial coverage in the press and north of 30 indictment counts spanning over half a dozen individuals. Colleagues of mine had also hired competent and esteemed legal representation which allowed me to better gauge the unique advantages of Richard’s representation along the way. Despite the duration of the case, Richard’s efforts never waned in the least.
