I hired Richard Portale back in 2020 , we sign a retainer agreement for 15 Thousand dollars , everything was done thru the phone because Im out state , below is his last response to one of my text message back in December 2022 , now he don't answer my phone calls or text , call several times to his office , leave messages and not response.”
