Richard Ferrante doesn’t answer or return phone calls. Sends emails on Sunday afternoons only. I don’t even know what I’m being charged with because this imbecile is my attorney.

Ferrante read from the wrong case file. He set expectations that he never met. When we [finally] met in person he treated me like an imbecile and was so hostile I asked for a different lawyer.

I hired Richard to represent me in a serious criminal matter. He was patient and answered all of my questions, including providing me options for different types of defenses. He advocated very hard for me. I eventually decided to plead guilty and he helped me obtain a reduced sentence. He even answered my gillfriend's questions to.

After Richard Received payment on a case he choose to accept in February. Once the transaction was completed I have not heard from him besides once or twice in a text reply and have not been able to make contact as of today. He seems to have taken a payment with zero intent to represent.

I hired Mr. Ferrante because I saw him in action in court. He was assigned counsel for a difficult murder case. He fought so hard for his client. He definitely knows the ins and outs of criminal law. He knew that there was not enough evidence to support my charges and when the DA wouldn’t work with us on deal, he tried my case. After an acquittal, I feel blessed to have met him!

Rich is brilliant, informative and extremely aggressive and effective. He handled my case in the manner we discussed and I could not be any happier with his representation!!! Thank You Mr. Ferrante!!!
