If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Michael Krieger and his firm were the only Bright spot in a 4 month long fiasco of a co-op foreclosure purchase.
Any and everything that could go wrong did but Michael was there every step of the way to handle it.
He took charge and made sure things were smoothed out.
If you are looking for a top notch attorney to represent you look no further !!!

This firm and Mr. Krieger were amazing with assisting my husband and I with the purchase of our co-op. We had no idea what flip tax or anything was, since this was our first ever purchase, and they showed patience and were extremely knowledgeable. We almost made the wrong decision and Mr. Krieger aided us in deciding the best place for our money. I highly 1000% recommend them.
