While going through a difficult time with my health. I ran into problems keeping up with my mortgage. I applied for a modification and the bank was not working in my best interest. Ms. Flynn reviewed, made recommendations, and helped us prepare our rental lease for our home. She offered sound advice, since we were first time landlords.
