Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“they were not helpful whatsoever about my case, I even told them the urgency about my situation and they still push me to the side, they dont respond to me, they answer me back weeks later with the same excuse, or the lawyer isn't in the office today, always a new excuse every time I call or email them.”

“what did I pay for? All I wanted was a law firm to cover my case and help me, they did not do that, I did more work for this case then they did for me and they are supposed to be my lawyers.”
