Rachel is the best divorce attorney out there..

Ms. Ciccone was opposing counsel in my hotly contested custody and divorce case. There were 4 attorneys involved in the case prior to her representing my ex wife. None of them were able to see the case through to actually resolve it rationally and fairly until Ms. Ciccone stepped in. As an attorney myself and notwithstanding that she represented my ex wife, I have immense respect for her—and her practice. She is a respectable and honest litigator and I appreciate her ability to finally bring our divorce to end.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I gave him my case load n he made me think he took it n had me calling giving info as to all the appts n stuff I made with doctors n pretty much doing my part and letting him know.. whole time he was still thinking about taking my case.. he literally had it for 5 months before I took my case n found another lawyer! He did absolutely nothing just had my case sitting there while he figured out how much money to rob me for! His assistant is also a waist of time she’s old and don’t remember anything! U have to continually remind her of who u are when u call.. they don’t even call u to keep u updated on anything! He could’ve told me the day i came to him if he was going to take the case.. instead he let me sit there thinking I had a lawyer n I didn’t and he didn’t even give advice or anything about my case! Long story short don’t waste your time.. idc what these other comments say .. he probably paid them to write that.. they are the worst!! Don’t do it

There are horrible people in every field. The Medical field, Law Enforcement, whichever. The lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman are horrible people in the Law field. The lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman personify the desperate need for checks and balances in the entire civil legal system in New York. The lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman break every single rule and regulation exerted upon Lawyers in New York. During our trial, Rachel Ciccone made numerous unfounded claims about myself. I have not seen my two beloved children in 7 years and 3 months because of Rachel Ciccone's lies. My human rights have been violated in extremely violent way. When the lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman practice malfeasonous law, the lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman violently hurt people. Like a streetgang, the lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman are a product of their environment. Andrew Cuomo gave the lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman the green light to destroy people. To disregard their human rights. I will leave you with the words from a song called "Oooh Child". Songs like "Oooh Child" help restore our dignity when our human rights are stripped away by people like the lawyers at Kommer Bave and Ollman: "One day, we'll walk together in the beautiful sun, one day when the world's much brighter".
