Wendy and her team were amazing! My husband and I had a very unique situation where we had to be out of one house by a certain time frame so we had to close on the new house within that same time frame. Wendy, Merri and Erin got it done and we closed just in time! I would definitely suggest Clair Gjertsen & Weathers for any real estate needs or landlord tenant advice. They were very understanding and easy to work with.
