I called Pat Micek's office for a consultation and she was very condescending and rude. She has a patronizing tone and talks down to you. I felt very uncomfortable speaking with her as she was very hasty. Pat doesn't seem to be empathetic at all. I ended up going with a different lawyer who was attentive to my situation. It’s quite disheartening and hard to believe that someone with her character and attitude is a lawyer for senior citizens.

Dara (and team) were incredible to work with from the get-go. As a newish small business owner, I definitely had a little bit of a “lost” feeling when it came to the legal end of my business necessities. They did an incredible job of both putting together a solid contract for me, but also explaining why certain things were included, and deciphering what it was that I needed and wanted to include to keep my business safe and sound. Will plan on using for any additional needs in the future.

It took a lot to finally step off the financial treadmill I was on, but I was glad Steven was able to guide me through the process. I have a legal background, but not a lot of knowledge about Bankruptcy. Steven explained everything I needed to know well and was always available to answer my questions. My Chapter 13 repayment plan was a bumpy road road with a ten month job loss in the middle and followed by a year of earning about 40% of my salary when I started the plan.
