Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“I hired this company back in march 7 months ago to cover a case for me, since I hired them they were not helpful whatsoever about my case, I even told them the urgency about my situation and they still push me to the side, they dont respond to me, they answer me back weeks later with the same excuse, or the lawyer isn't in the office today, always a new excuse every time I call or email them.”

Pushing cases aside after receiving payment
“DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THEY PUSH YOUR CASE TO THE SIDE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND DONT DO THE WORK AND HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY AFTER DOING NOTHING!!”
