Mrs. Henner is an excellent Immigration Attorney and helped me greatly when I was in a very bad stage regarding my personal life as well as my immigration status. After being taken advantage of by other so called Immigration Lawyers, I came to her and she gave me the confidence needed to continue with my case. I will come back soon to her offices to get information and start the next stage on my journey to becoming a citizen. I am deeply thankful for all she and her staff did and will soon do to assist with my case. Highly recommend!

I needed a lawyer in the NYC area (where I obtained my ticket) I live in upstate NY. Troy was fantastic with everything, I didn't have to travel back to NYC he did everything for me, which was such a relief! He kept me up to date on everything whether it was a simple text or an email. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Horrible staff!!! I called this office multiple times for an appointment and nothing. Finally I get an appointment and they call to say that Mrs. Henner won't be the office but there will be another attorney there to help me. I make the 1hr trip from Upstate to White Plains to find out NO ATTORNEY was in and I would have to reschedule. Thanks for the so called courtesy call that I never received! Stick to Manhattan lawyers, there has to be a reason she's in Westchester and not the city.

Since New York passed the Sullivan Law in 1912 the state has taken the lead on common sense gun control measures. I have always told my sons that violation of the law almost always results in serious state prison time of at 3.5 years, if you are convicted of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. I reminded them of this when a popular football player was arrested after accidentally shooting himself and was sent to prison. I am at this very moment sitting in the NYS Senate chamber listening to a debate on an amendment to the law. The amendment to strengthen gun laws has broad support. I was shocked two years ago when a vehicle that my 18 year old son was operating was stopped for a traffic violation. A 9mm handgun was found in his car. My son had purchased the gun in Florida, where the gun laws are lax, and then driven to NY. I have been a soldier and a hunter. I am not squeamish about guns, but the law works to protect all New Yorkers. I was familiar with the work that Troy Smith has done as a military defense counsel. When I learned that he had developed an expertise in gun defense I called him immediately. Troy put on a masterful defense and as a result of ameliorating factors that affected my son's judgment he was sentenced to several months in a local jail followed by supervised probation. My entire family is in Troy's debt.
