JOHN GUTTRIDGE made a deal with me (through my attorney) then his co-councel made legal and financial spaghetti out of it and while my ex got her part of the deal, i didn't get mine. JOHN GUTTRIDGE certainly had to have played a large part in screwing me over. In my opinion he is unscrupulous and unethical.

Used Josh recently for the home buying process, and using him currently to sell the old one. He makes the process super easy, and makes sure we're set up for success on our contracts, we understand everything we're getting into, and it all moves along at the right pace. Also dumbs things down for me when I look at the page and he can see the wheels grinding trying to figure out what all the words mean. Absolutely sticking with Josh should I need again!
