I read the negative reviews on Yelp and Google before hiring Jessica Ressler and should not have ignored them. The views expressed in some of these reviews described my experience working with Jessica and her associate before firing them after two months. I could spend my time writing a review with details, but the reviewers on Yelp and Google reviews have covered all of the big picture issues I had experienced with Jessica and her process, which is very concerning. In addition to these Google reviews; have a look at the Yelp reviews. Look elsewhere for an attorney who has a client centric focus, who won’t keep the process going and aggressively bill. I was able to locate one and the experience was completely different.

James is very professional, he helped us in our closing process. He is organized and punctual,and he takes all the calls,and answer all the questions. I highly recommend him. He is someone that you can trust.

The team at Westchester Matrimonial made the process much less daunting. I felt they were on my side while were also able to maintain a legal perspective that would help both parties come to resolution more efficiently. Jessica and Rachel are knowledgeable about matrimonial law, empathetic and transparent with me re. the potential challenges in the case, strategic in their thinking and approach, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The fees are also reasonable and they tried to economize by delegating. Even though dealing with a divorce was emotionally challenging, I genuinely enjoyed working with Rachel and Jessica.
