I am so grateful for the work and support Carol provided through this process. I anticipated the divorce process to be arduous, but after we began working together, that story changed. She is an incredibly strong person who fought hard for me and advocated for me when I was too scared to use my voice. It was an empowering experience and I appreciate Carol and her team's guidance and support. I always felt at ease in her hands and confident that she was going to get what I was entitled to.

Carol and her partner< Adam Schneid, stayed the course through an absurd trial, filled with now proven false statements and false accusations by a predator opposing counsel. Mr. Schneid is highly intelligent and strong, detailed (to a fault) oriented litigator - They did not stoop the absolutely low level of opposing counsel. They remained focused, sharp, professional and honorable to the end. The result, considering the above, was one where the absurd was tossed out and fairness applied due to their efforts. Ms. Most and Mr. Schneid showed a level or professional that went beyond the expected and provided a level of personal attention and care that was unexpected, but more appreciated than words could express.

Carol, will always be honest and caring when it comes to the unfortunate matters of divorce. She will guide you in the right direction at all times. She is widely respected and liked by her peers. I see this every time we go to court.

I was stressed out and Carol removed most of my stress because she and her team took care of everything. I highly recommend Carol Most of Most & Schneid. Recently, I retained Carol's services to help our family work through a difficult divorce. At the time, my two-year old son was diagnosed with autism. His father left in the middle of the night and refused to pay our child's medical, legal, educational and therapeutic expenses. He also refused arbitration and took us to court. Fortunately, we had Carol on our side. Carol stepped in and quickly diffused the situation. She understood the importance of putting my son's needs first. She fought smart and hard for our family. In the end, we reached an agreement that ensured our family was taken care of. Because of Carol's hard work and dedication, our family can finally move forward. She was disjointed, forgetful and inconsistent. She would emphatically state the law then contradict herself when her arguments failed. In a pre hearing meeting she as instructed to argue specific items we had agreed upon. Then at the hearing, pressured to settle for the EXACT opposite of what she had agreed upon in the pre hearing meeting. Lives have forever been damaged by her legal "expertise". I would suggest going pro se instead of hiring Ms "Most".

I felt privileged being a client of Carol Most. She wore many hats through the course of my divorce all anchored in professionalism.
