Very informative, all my questions were answered and soundly advised where given on the way forward, I would recommend anyone who is interested to seek legal advice on immigration issues, and I was informed days and hours before my appointment, very courteous staff and excellent costumer, hardly something that you would come across on a day to day basis

The process to the consultation appointment and reminders were okay not until after the telephone consultation thereafter a promised follow up call the next day which never happened. It clearly showed I was being given a cold shoulder as the receptionists were dismissive even after following up with emails, no more responses. I just let it be, wished they put up the same energy invested in pushing a customer to pay consultation fee but nope
