“The process to the consultation appointment and reminders were okay not until after the telephone consultation thereafter a promised follow up call the next day which never happened. It clearly showed I was being given a cold shoulder as the receptionists were dismissive even after following up with emails, no more responses. I just let it be, wished they put up the same energy invested in pushing a customer to pay consultation fee but nope.”
