Was on the other side of a transaction and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Matt thought it was OK/moral to send contracts out to multiple offers while knowing the real estate agent accepted one offer and not letting the counter parties know that was happening. A very poor communicator and would not respond to inquiry’s after our lawyer was made aware that multiple contracts were sent out. Inappropriate and not someone I would trust doing business with.

Matt Ziccardi represented us during our recent home purchase and we were very happy he did. He is a bulldog, but a very friendly one. Exactly who you want as your representation. He worked very well with our realtor, Patrice Footes, and we felt he handled our sale very well, with our best interests in mind the whole time. When we went for our signing, we expected it to take all afternoon, but his team, along with everyone else involved were incredibly prepared and we had our keys before we knew it. I highly recommend!

We worked with Matt Ziccardi on three separate real estate deals. Clearly there is a reason for the 2nd and 3rd time — he and Judy were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond to communications, and super efficient. We hit a wall during our last sale and Matt refused to give up — his persistence paid off and we ultimately got the result we were hoping for. Highly recommend Matt and his team for all your real estate legal needs.

"Speak softly and carry a big stick." That is what I think of when I think of Joel Aurnou. Joel has represented my husband and me for many years. He was our lawyer, turned friend. Joel's "stick" is his brilliance with judicial issues and understanding of the human mind. He knows what to say and do just at the right time. He is also the hardest working person I have ever known.
