Yo estoy haciendo mi ciudadanía con Miguel de la oficina de white plains. El es excelente y su equipo me informan de el status de mi caso. El es muy profesional y que gusta una persona que me dice la verdad. Lo recomiendo a venir a white Plains.

la peor atención desde los empleados en el front desk hasta el abogado que nunca le vi la cara!!! y el gerente un mal educado irrespetuoso poco profesional el abogado falta de ética ! ni lo recomiendo le hacen perder tiempo y dinero Lo peor estuve 2 años esperando una respuesta nunca llegó !!

Si quieres resolver tus asuntos no vallas a este lugar. Es la oficina mas basura que puede existir. Muy exigentes para cobrar, pero pobres en servicio al cliente, mas de 6 horas llamando y no contestan el teléfono, aparte duran 4 dias para abrir una correspondencia que el correo marca que la entrego, un total disparate de oficina. Lamento mucho haber perdido mi dinero, mi tiempo, al final yo mismo tuve que resolver aunque les pague a ellos….solamente se ocupan de recibir casos pero no de darles el seguimiento adecuado. NO VALLAS CON ELLOS. Las que responden los teléfono unas malas educadas.

Muy desepcionante estos abogados los peores. *No confíen en firmas de abogados nadie se hace cargo más adelante de tu caso. *cuando metan su caso no hablen con paralegales. Pidan hablar con el abogado personal mente. *consulten más de un abogado. *NO firmen contrato de pago, ya con eso perdiste tu dinero, si ganan tu caso bien si no ganan tu caso se pierde (te roban) tu dinero . * te lo digo por experiencia, yo me dejé llevar por la paregal CARMEN, los abogados ni si quiera los conocí durante todo ese tiempo me estuvieron viendo la cara por más de dos ańos mientras se les hacía el pago mensual, cuando les pregunta por el caso donde está un recibo de emigración oh algo, siempre excusas, que le llego a un abogado que le llegó a otro y nunca se resolvió nada, siendo así nos robaron $17,000.00
