This is my second time with the McBean Law firm. My first time was with a different attorney, and that attorney was not paying attention. That attorney was viewing the submitted paperwork while I was talking meaning ze has ze intention completely divided. That attorney also promised to come back to me in vain. But, that attorney was not McBean. McBean studied my file prior toour meeting. She listened to me and explained the best options to follow. She was attentive; she was totally focused on me. I kept asking so many questions fearing to run out of time with the fee not being cheap; she answered all of my questons. We even went a little bit over the booked 30mn, but that did not stop her from being professional from start to end. I was offered to speak with someone else but refused. I did not regret that decision. I recommend her as she knows what she is talking about. She is a good attorney.

Attorney McBean- Pompy and my attorney Carol D’Agostino were a God sent to my case. After my last attorney told me there was basically no way forward God landed me on a video on YouTube of Attorney McBean-Pompy explaining how hard she fought for a client that was in removal for over 20 years but she left no stones unturned and that client received a waiver and was able to apply for their GC. I knew I wanted someone like her who saw me as a human being on my case. And after only filing my case in December I am here waiting on my Oath Ceremony I’m still in a daze but what God cannot do doesn’t exist. This Law firm was worth every penny.
