Mr. Chapnick handled my case and got the violation dropped to zero points from 4 points. Email communication was timely, courteous, and professional. The Thruway in Westchester is a speed trap, so be careful -- but OffTheRecord and Mr. Chapnick's firm is the way to go.

Amazing lawyer. I was facing a potential $388 fine and 6 points for speeding in upstate NY. I was driving 21 mph over the speed limit because I didn't see the sign.
