Mr. Borchert was hired for a contract to sell mixed use property. When the deal did not go through because of buyers negligence, Mr. Borchert was able to negotiate the release of entire earnest deposit and the right for us to put our house back on the market or rent said premises. Highly recommended and a job well done.
