At first I was extremely satisfied with the amount of communication and the collection of my medical records. There was an ongoing bill from my healthcare provider that was supposed to be paid by NF. (Many times I directly talk to the no fault carrier and my attorney's office) I did contacted William Mattar Law office about this they said it would be "taken care of and will be paid". My case was closed out. On the day that my case being closed out I specifically asked did my medical bill for my PCP get taken care of from my accident and paid. The response was "yes, everything was taken care of and paid by your no fault adjuster". When calling back today because this bill was moved to collections it was never taken care of or paid. The young woman I spoke to said the only thing the office does is represent me for the bodily injury they are not responsible for medical bills that the adjuster does not pay. They don't have any issue telling me it was paid for and I wouldn't have to worry about anything as they took my money. Will update once I get a call back from the attorney's office.

They handled my case in a timely fashion and without any miscommunication. They were every friendly and helpful. They also didn't have any problems with being patient with me going back and forth through paperwork. I highly recommend their law office for your needs!!
