Phil’s a great lawyer. Very responsive and very dedicated to his clients. I’ve used his services on a dispute with contractors over a remodeling job and I was very pleased with his work. The right man for the job! Phil helped me with a very uncommon matter that had to go all the way to a trial with the New York Supereme Court and got the outcome I was looking for! Contacted many other attorneys in the state and nobody was willing to help or had any idea how to proceed. Phil went above and beyond on his research, having backup strategies (like an affidavit that should not have been necessary but turned out to be important at the trial!), keeping me informed, then showing strong litigation skills in the courtroom. Without Phil being my attorney, I highly doubt I would have had the outcome I wanted and received! Highly recommend!

Phil only cares about getting his initial consultation fee. When you need anything else he will blow you off and you can rarely get ahold of him. It’s been roughly three weeks since he was suppose to prepare a disclaimer (originally he said free of charge) for my site and never did.
