As the founder of a new healthcare technology startup with several investors, and partners, I needed assistance and guidance in multiple areas related to business structure and investor agreements, stock option plans, client data privacy documents, cyber insurance, employee handbook, trademarks, and lots more. When I had questions (and I had a lot!) she patiently and completely explained the issues in language I could understand and relate to. When we did decide on what to do - it was handled promptly, accurately and efficiently. The overall result was a successful engagement with partners and investors, quick finalization of contracts with key clients, and I was able to capture two key hires before they took jobs elsewhere.
