This attorney is the person you need to defend your case in L/T Court. She is always communicating either by Email or Phone. I have known Ashka via a referral from another LandLord. He hit the nail on the head. While we were discussing tenant issues, he brought up her name and said" you need to call this young, bright attorney" and the story just was amazing.
