I used Ms. Haber to close on the selling of my house. It was a complicated closing - my house had 3 IRS liens and 3 open permits on it that needed to be addressed before the sale could go through. Amy walked me through the process, referring me to expeditors and explaining how to satisfy the liens. I believe she saved the deal. She had good follow up - returning phone calls and emails rapidly. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

I retained Amy Haber to represent me (the seller) in a real estate transaction. Amy was excellent in negotiating the contract and the closing went smoothly with no issues. I am very happy!
