Mrs Rivera is a great lawyer and was very supportive through my very bitter and at times nasty custody battle. Mrs. Rivera is very professional, intelligent, sharp, and attentive to you and your needs. Also levelheaded lol what I didn’t have at times. She won my custody battle case but it wasn’t over my daughter father put in an appeal. I was angry and wanted to done with this but she fought harder and guess what she won the appeal too . Yup she great you will not be disappointed in her work for you .

I didn’t want to get divorced but my wife didn’t want to leave Brooklyn, and I couldn’t see myself spending the rest of my life there. What I asked for wasn’t unreasonable (unfettered access to my daughter without my wife being present 2 weekends a month). We started marriage counseling and Yesenia was genuinely happy. We'll see. If you are looking for a divorce attorney, look no further, Yesenia is the one. This woman was my life saver during my very acrimonious divorce proceedings. Yesenia knows the law inside out and she's unique in that she can be warm and wise during what is an awful and emotional time, but then be tough when needed to fight for getting you what you and your children deserve. She also wasn't afraid to tell me when I was being unreasonable. My ex husband's lawyer tried some fairly 'dirty' tricks, but Yesenia was more than prepared for her both in front of the judge and when it came to negotiating a settlement. I couldn't have been prouder to call her my lawyer. I cannot recommend Yesenia enough to be your lawyer.

Yesenia handled my child support case. She was very knowledgeable about the law and was able to get me what was fair and just. She answered my emails promptly and was available to me anytime I had a question. She puts her clients first and will represent you fully.
