I was falsely accused of serious crimes. Louis Ecker represented me. He did not maintain reasonable communications with me, eg; returning calls etc. When he made a deal with an ADA without consulting me or authorization, I promptly fired him. I did hire a competent attorney that actually paid attention to me and the details of my case. I was acquitted of all charges at the end of the trial. When my "new" attorney ran into Mr. Ecker after the acquittal, Mr. Ecker told my atty "He did it, you know he did it". Thanks Louis Ecker, you do not deserve to be a member of the NYS Bar.
