Elias is a top notch attorney. I am taking the time to write this review because he deserves it AND because people out there who are looking for an attorney deserve to know how good he is. It is so hard to find an attorney that you can trust and confide in, but after working with Elias with 2 cases back to back, I can honestly say that I wholeheartedly trust him as a person and trust his legal expertise. He always had my best interest in mind. I ran into a lot of bad luck, but Elias worked diligent with me and was extremely honest with me about the all of the possible outcomes of my cases. Now that both cases are over, I have to say that Elias is my miracle worker..... forget about better call Saul.... better call Elias..... both of my criminal cases are dismissed and sealed! I recently had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to the law firm Sayegh & Sayegh during a difficult time in my life. Having recently lost a loved one, I was seeking legal guidance and exploring potential options. However, my initial encounter with this law firm left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I made the phone call, I was met with an astonishing lack of empathy and professionalism. The customer service representative I spoke with was shockingly rude and impatient. It was clear that they had no interest in understanding the sensitive nature of my situation. Despite my repeated attempts to convey that this was my first time seeking legal services, the representative seemed determined to make me feel ignorant and unwelcome. To make matters worse, the representative raised their voice at me when I admitted that I was not familiar with the specifics of their services. This was a completely unnecessary and unprofessional response, especially given the circumstances. Instead of offering guidance and clarification, they chose to belittle and humiliate me for my lack of knowledge. What struck me most was their complete lack of patience and willingness to explain things clearly. As someone who was new to the legal process, I expected some degree of understanding and assistance in navigating through my options. However, every attempt I made to ask questions or seek clarification was met with a dismissive attitude and curt responses. Overall, my experience with Sayegh & Sayegh was utterly disappointing and disheartening. It's deeply unfortunate that during a time when I needed guidance and support, I encountered a law firm that was so indifferent and unprofessional. I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is for any service provider, especially in the legal field, to treat their clients with respect and empathy. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this law firm to think twice before seeking their services.
